Daniel B. Fraser traveled to Nakhon Nayok, a province in central Thailand.
This time, he’s showing his culinary curiosity by making "Khao Kraya Koo", a traditional Thai dessert which is not easy to find and not well known.
This begins with harvesting fresh rice from the fields, preparing various ingredients, going through the flour-making process in an ancient flour mill, and stirring until it is well cooked.

The result is a treat called "Khao Kraya Koo", a sweet and mellow dessert with the fragrance of rice milk. Serve together with the richness of the coconut milk and crunchiness of the crispy rice, this truly becomes a delicacy that you must try at least once in your life!
